RMSI has been ranked the best company to work for in India as per the 2015 study conducted by the Great Place To Work® Institute and The Economic Times. This year’s study received participation from 700 organizations. Overall, 1.8 lakh employees were surveyed over 20 sectors, making it the largest study of workplace excellence and people management practices in India.

Workplaces were ranked on a point scale in a combination of quantitative and qualitative data based on the opinion of employees and the people practices of the participating organizations.
